UCF just issued the following news release about signee Jose Jose, who was charged with charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and carrying a concealed weapon Friday: UCF head football coach George O’Leary announced on Monday that 2010 signee Jose Jose has been released from his scholarship with the University.
