According to Brandon’s arrest affidavit, officials received a 911 call reporting a robbery at a Pflugerville McDonald’s.

The 20-year-old caller, Matthew Mangum, said he was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot of the restaurant as he waited for his friend. He told police the suspect was the friend he had been waiting for, Marcus Carruth, 19.

Mangum said he went to Pflugerville High School with Carruth and told KXAN Austin News that Carruth called him Saturday to hang out and grab a bite to eat at McDonald’s.

According to a statement issued by PSU spokesman Jeff Nelson Tuesday, Bell has been permanently removed from the Nittany Lions’ football team.

The Orange County district attorney charged Spiezio with misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, hit and run, aggravated assault, assault and battery.

The Mayhem is for the hit and run and the Aggrevated Mayem is for Aggravated Assault.
2008-01-30Gold_ToothBig 10Big-TimeCrime Link40Illinois football player Erique D. Robertson, 19, a freshman linebacker with the UI team, was arrested by Champaign police in front of Ellusions, 207 W. Clark St., at 1:45 a.m.

Police arrested Robertson for unlawful use of a weapon, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, aggravated reckless discharge of a firearm and resisting or obstructing justice.

He’s suspended indefinitely, I used Concealed or Illegal Weapons for the Unlawful Use of a Firearm and Aggravated Mayhem for the Aggravated Reckless Discharge of a Firearm and Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
