Tyler Patrick Thomas, 19, of Kalispell, Mont., was arrested on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest. According to information from the Corvallis Police Department, at about 4:51 a.m., police were called to 519 N.W. 14th Street after a 32-year-old woman reported there was a naked man in the upstairs office of her residence. When officers arrived, they ordered him to get on the ground several times, but he refused. Then Thomas, who had reportedly been drinking, got into a "three-point stance" and lunged at the officers, who Tased him. Thomas was booked into Benton County Jail but was released later the same day. Thomas, an offensive lineman, redshirted the 2009 season for the Beavers.

According to police docs -- obtained by TMZ -- witnesses say Mark confronted his ex outside a childcare facility near Phoenix, Arizona ... where he allegedly proceeded to beat her, put her in a chokehold, throw her on the ground, and then threaten to kill her. Cops claim both Mark’s baby mama and young daughter were seen by paramedics for mild injuries. According to the docs, Mark’s ex claims she was dropping off court-ordered paperwork when Mark showed up and went ballistic. Mark -- who was allegedly violating an order of protection by showing up -- told cops his ex-GF had tried to take his daughter from his arms. The former linebacker is charged with aggravated assault, endangerment, disorderly conduct, and interfering with an educational institution. He was released from jail yesterday.

Wearing a "Free Kobi" T-shirt, Kobayashi tried to force his way onto the stage at Coney Island during the awards ceremony, struggling with cops who finally arrested him and slapped on the cuffs. "It’s unprofessional and unsavory and, frankly, rather frustrating," said contest organizer Richard Shea. Kobayashi, 32, was charged with obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and trespassing. He remained in custody early this morning until a courtroom interpreter could be found.

"Freshly baked. I made the mistake of -- a buddy made the mistake going in grabbing a couple. We ate them," the former Notre Dame star said after an organized team activity. "This is the wrong type of media I want to bring to the organization." He also called the incident a "foolish mistake." "But," he added, "if you ever want maple bars, that’s the place to go." Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said he has already spoken with Tate about the incident. "No, I’m not disappointed at a guy being at a doughnut shop at 3 in the morning when they got maple bars like Top Pot has," Carroll deadpanned. "However, under the circumstances, I think they were closed or something like that, trying to close, or whatever," the coach said. "That’s definitely wrong. We’ve talked about it, addressed it. He’s remorseful and all that. I do understand the lure of the maple bars."

Criminal threat is a felony in Kansas, while the other three charges are misdemeanors.

"BOULDER, Colo. -- University of Colorado junior linebacker Jake Duren has been dismissed from the football team following his arrest on campus." It goes on to say, "The newspaper said there was a trail of blood that linked Duren to a smashed-in window of a vehicle in a parking lot." He was obviously drunk according to the article linked in the evidence.

I'm also busting a small-time wrong place wrong time, as that is the specific excuse given by a teammate in the article, which is classic. I too am usually in the wrong place at the wrong time when performing drive-bys with BB guns aimed at pedestrians.
